1000 ++ Survey for LSP ready to go and get franked!  and today is the day we celebrate with... DRP preparation. 4 more days for preparation. Can we do it? Yes we can.

First FULLY ANSWERED Mail Survey Arrival

We've mailed the first wave on 7th November 2013, and today on 13 November 2013 we received our first FULLY ANSWERED mail survey!!

Thanks to En Irwan Hakim , despite his busy day for Hicoe preparation and meetings while his frequent pass by the operation room, he stepped in checking things out and help us with glues and sorting. Ready for Franking! Alhamdulillah!

Letter must be arranged with same facing and orientation. Each bundle must have 50 letters.

Status Update: Sight Delay

There's slight delay in original schedule. (4 days delays for manufacturing)
Reason:
1. Late of funds for stamps and supply of envelopes
2. Overlapping activities of some members  (MAHB convo, Proposal Defend)

It is estimated that on 30 October the franking process will begin.
All other activities will be delayed to 4 days too.

After calculation of first wave for manufacturing, LSP first wave activities shall begin on 6 November 2013

- Please follow timelines of listings and first wave
- Irwan to check LO for 6 rim (LSP - Peach) and 7 rim (MFG - Light Green) - Done

This script is a suggested guideline to be used during communicating with potential respondent. The information of person who will answer the questionnaire and their contact info (e.g: direct phone number, email etc) must be recorded properly in information gathering checklist.

"Hello, my name is ____________. I'm calling from Malaysia Research Center for Logistics and Supply Chain / Malaysia institute of Transport. For your information  we're now conducting an annual Malaysia logistics performance survey. 

The objective of the survey is to gather information from industry professionals on their views and experience in the logistics industry.  We have obtained your contact information from the FMM annual directory and we are confident that you're the right person to participate in this survey.  Your input  for this survey is highly important  as it is one of the key indicator of how our industry is doing. The results of the study will be utilize to propose the area that need to be improved  by the government and as a good information for the industry."

- 1 day 7 hours working hour

- Available Manpower : 5 persons

- it is estimated that within 1  hour we can probably get average of 6 contacts

- It is estimated that total of about 210 contact information per day can be gathered

- Total day needed for 1000  manufacturers contacts is about 6 days

- At the end of the week, all 1000 contacts should be emailed and depend on the budget allocation 1000 survey set must be folded and posted
